England and Man United striker Wayne Rooney's old Aston Martin Vanquish S is up for sale on Auto Trader, with his fabulous private personalised car number plates WAZ 8. The number plate was a stock registration plate previously owned by Reg4Vehicles.co.uk.
The 22 year old has a penchant for fast cars ever since passing his test and getting his hands on his first a Ford SportKa.
Times have changed, his wages have definitely changed and so has his huge rise in popularity with all fans, Manchester United Supporters or not. Since then Rooney has had a number of exotic sports and supercars, the Aston Martin Vanquish S a 2006 model that's covered just 5,900 miles.
It was reportedly bought for the England forward by his fiancée Colleen Mclaughlin as a good luck gift prior to the 2006 World Cup, where he showed his talent to the world.
Powered by a 6-litre V12 engine the Aston has 520bhp and 200mph capability, it being sold by its current owner. It will require a near enough footballers salary as it is for sale for £150,000!
The seller won it in a competition run by one of Wayne Rooney's sponsors, it certainly being lucky for that person - if not Rooney himself, who was reported to have recently crashed another one of his splendid collection, his Lamborghini on the A6.
